How good is the camera on the Kidizoom?

The Kidizoom camera is a 640x480 VGA camera. This is the equivalent to a 0.3 megapixel camera and is the same as many camera phones from a couple of years ago.

How many photos can the Kidizoom hold?

With the standard 16MB memory card the Kidizoom can hold up to 200 photos and 5 minutes of video footage. However you can add a memory card up to 2GB which increases the storage capabilities to around 800 photos and 30 minutes of video footage.

Does the Kidizoom camera have a flash and zoom functions?

Yes the Kidizoom camera does have a flash so it can be used indoors. However there are no zoom functions on the camera.

What age group is the Kidizoom suitable for?

The Kidizoom is suitable for ages 3-7. However you may also find 8 and 9 year olds would enjoy the toy.

My child is quite rough with toys - can they break the camera?

The Kidizoom has been designed with rough usage in mind. It is made from strong, durable plastic that can handle drops and rough usage very well.

Is it just a camera or does it have other functions?
